Monthly support groups will be provided to caregivers in efforts to address various issues that family members and caregivers may be facing with care management.

 

Support groups will cover the following:

​

• Supporting an elderly loved one with Dementia/Alzheimer’s

• Grandparents raising Grandchildren

• Caregiver Stress and Burnout

• Self-Care for Caregiver & Understanding the Ending Stages of Life. 

 

All services will be offered by master level licensed professional social workers and interns.
