Services Offered
I.R.E.N.E. will provide a free list of referral resources to the community. We have researched community and government services for out clients that will benefit in aiding the geriatric community and their caregivers.
I.R.E.N.E.’s professional counselors are available to meet with clients individually or with other family members on issues of aging and long-term planning. Our specialists can help seniors express and explore their thoughts and feelings to help manage the aging process. Professionals can work with seniors and caregivers dealing with life transitional changes.
Seniors in need of spiritual care, care management, and extended counseling to cope with the changes they face will be supported through counseling services. The counseling program provides comprehensive assessments for client-specific transitional needs, along with resources, information, and referrals to assist them and their family. Case management and short-term counseling services are also available.
Consultation will be extended to seniors in the comfort of their homes, residential facilities, or in our office when a location is identified.
There is a subsidized cost for those who are eligible, and we will seek grants/donations to support potential clients to avoid turning them away.
Monthly support groups will be provided to caregivers in efforts to address various issues that family members and caregivers may be facing with care management.
Support groups will cover the following:

All services will be offered by master level licensed professional social workers and interns.
I.R.E.N.E. offers consultation services for geriatric-focused businesses. If you are seeking contractual services to assist with your geriatric department, please feel reach out to our expert staff.

We partner with the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Aging and Disability Services, and other state entities.
I.R.E.N.E. offers a variety of educational programs to support you in your work as a caregiver, including Caring for Those You Care About and You & Your Aging Parent.
We also offer workshops on topics such as advanced directives.
Our assistant living and long term care services will provide facility free activities in the areas of:​

We will make friendly visits to our clients place of residence.
These activities aim to reduce loneness, prevent depression, and encourage social interaction.
